The Kimono Company
had beautiful products, a ready supply and a real enthusiasm
for the versatility and comfort of kimonos.
Marketing Edge was
appointed to carry out research amongst UK consumers to
establish whether there was interest in buying and wearing
kimonos, and if so what image would be the most motivating.
The Challenge: develop
a number of possible images for the company and then recruit
consumers to discuss the identified possibilities.
The Result: a
clear consumer preference for one of the researched images,
allowing the company to move forward and develop a brochure, website
and advertising.
